User also agrees to allow MVEG to charge the credit card upon processing the reservation for services rendered.
You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
Name on travel Reservations: All reservations must be made in the exact name of the person traveling - no nicknames. For international travel the name on the reservation must be exactly as it appears on the traveler's passport.
Travel Ticket Requests: All requests submitted, even if availability displays are provided, are requests only. Any requests that cannot be confirmed will receive notification by email.
Special Internet Property Reservation Requests: Special Internet Rates save you money. Because of the large number of lodging reservations we process, special rates are negotiated with the properties directly. These rates are lower in most cases than the normal rates you could receive by contacting the property. To secure your reservation, up-front payment with your credit card is required. This ensures you have a room when you arrive so you are not overbooked.
Rates may be based on the number of persons occupying a room. Additional persons in the room may cause the hotel to change the rate confirmed. Taxes are included in the rate requested for these properties.
Hotel Requests for specific features such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are simply that, and while most hotels will strive to honor your requests, neither HH nor the hotel guarantee that your request will be honored.

Any incidental charges such as meals, phone calls, roll away bed and crib when available, must be paid directly to the hotel at the time of check-out. You may be required to present a credit card at check-in to guarantee payment of these incidental charges.
Reservations of "Special Internet Rates" will apply a $50.00 cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe of cancellation. This fee is imposed by MVEG. This fee is subject to change without notice. Please read the Check-In and Cancellation Policies portion of the Booking Form for a detailed cancellation policy. If the cancellation is outside of the time allotted, you may be charged for one night's stay.
Hotels change pet acceptance policies often and without notice. It is very important that you confirm directly with the property that they do, indeed, accept pets. We accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for an individual property's pet policy.
Individual hotels, properties and/or suppliers may assess certain charges to your credit card for cancelled reservations. If this Site has not provided the hotel's specific cancellation policy, please check directly with the property to understand their cancellation policy.
Some rates have special requirements such as AAA membership or Senior Citizen proof of age at check-in. Verify that you qualify for the rate that you have booked. Hotel properties are not obligated to honor this rate if you do not qualify.
Disputes: If there is any dispute about or involving LasVegasPoolScene.com services, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the State of Nevada, City of Las Vegas.
Information Disclosure: In addition to the circumstances described above, we may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect our rights or properties when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities.
Wrong Address: Please note that we are not responsible for customers who provide us with the wrong delivery address. No refunds or exchanges will be provided if the result of an incorrect address is a lost package. Once orders are placed, any address changes incur a minimum $25.00 change fee, which you hereby authorize by making a purchase on this site, and LasVegasPoolScene.com will automatically charge you this amount without additional notification.
Payment: This Site accepts Discover, Visa and MasterCard credit cards for all purchases. All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Payments are powered by Gotnamed.com. The charge that appears on your credit card statement will be billed under the name of our partner company, Gotnamed.com. The total price is the final amount you will be charged and includes all relative taxes, but excludes gratuities.
Refund and Exchange Policy: We do not offer refunds on any service. If there is a reason you are not fully satisfied with our service, we will do what it takes to make you satisfied. All deposits are non-refundable. Once purchased and credit card is charged, Hotel and show bookings are non-refundable, but MVEG will be responsible for giving you a credit to go towards an earleir or later date. All Sales are final unless approved otherwise by MVEG.
Other: This agreement is confirmed by you becoming a client and/or member of our site. This constitutes the entire agreement between you and LasVegasPoolScene.com. The section titles in this agreement are strictly for your convenience and have no legal or contractual effect. This agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any part of this agreement is unlawful, or enforceable, then that provision will be taken out of this agreement and it will not affect the validity of any of the remaining provisions.
